Project Information
SIRIN Park Kumpiai is a modern A++ energy efficiency class logistics complex located in the Kaunas district. The property has a total area of approximately 25,600 m² and provides space for logistics, warehousing and production operations.
In 2025–2026, Galant Group participated in building services works at the property.
The scope included the installation of ventilation systems, heating and cooling pipework, as well as sanitary and stormwater drainage systems.
The works also included the installation and connection of air handling units, air intake grilles, underfloor heating systems and sanitary fixtures.
