Livus Dortmund is a modern apartment complex in Dortmund comprising 141 fully furnished apartments.
In 2025, Galant Group carried out the full scope of plumbing and building services works at the property.
The scope of work included the installation and insulation of hot and cold water, circulation and heating risers, installation of drainage stacks and horizontal pipework, as well as hot and cold water supply piping to connection points.
The works also included the installation of shower drains and sanitary installation systems, fitting of sanitary fixtures, and firestopping of service penetrations through floor structures using fire protection wraps and collars.
Following completion of the installation works, all pipelines underwent hydraulic pressure and leak testing.
